I made potato today and Espen couldn't get enough. I let him touch it, too, which he seemed to find very interesting. I wiped him off with a wet rag but when his face dried you could tell there was plenty left, on his cheek, nose and eyelid. By then, of course, he had fallen asleep. Fast asleep in some sort of potato coma and I figured I could wipe his face clean later.
I made Espen lunch for a couple of weeks and put it in the freezer in a Tupperware ice cube tray with a lid. (I LOVE THOSE!!) I am planning on making another with carrot puré soon so that each meal will consist of one cube of potato and one carrot cube for dessert.
